With AMGs modified Active Body Control suspension system helping to keep the power on the ground, this potent powertrain is capable of rocketing the CL65 from 0-62 MPH in 4.4 seconds. Brimming with technology, the third-generation CLs also featured the S-Class Distronic Plus cruise control system, which maintains a specified distance from the car in front, regardless of speed, and Mercedes-Benzs innovative Active Night Vision, which utilizes an active infrared light system and in-dash LCD display in the instrument cluster to illuminate elements on the road that the human eye cannot see under prevailing light conditions. But as exclusive as the AMG version of the CL65 was, this particular example is even more special in that it is one of just 40 examples produced and one of 20 sold in US to commemorate AMGs 40th anniversary.
